NOLF Imperial Beach
Naval Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) Imperial Beach is a United States Navy helicopter facility located on 5 km2 about 23 km south of San Diego and within the city limits of Imperial Beach, California.
It is known as “The Helicopter Capital of the World.”
NOLF Imperial Beach’s mission is to handle the transition of helicopter squadron traffic (VFR and IFR) from NAS North Island.
As a result, helicopter squadrons on North Island conduct 95% of their operations at Imperial Beach.

NAS North Island
After noon, we then headed to Coronado Beach, where we regularly saw several T-45 Goshawks flying by in the morning toward NAS North Island.
And it got us some nice pictures.
