AAC Wattisham
We spent our 5th and final day of this UK spotter’s week at AAC Wattisham, home of the Apache AH1 and AH-64E.
Currently, the Apache AH1 versions, which have flown in Libya and Afghanistan, are being upgraded to the AH-64E version.
Then it was time again to drive towards Dover in order to return to the mainland via the ferry.
Hereby, Global Aviation Travels would like to thank the participants of this trip for the trust, fine and cool company and the new friendships that were formed here.

My first experience of traveling with spotters I had never met before did not disappoint, quite the contrary.
I had a great time while spotting in the UK, all thanks to Global Aviation Travels.
Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.
